Henry has been invited to serve as a faculty member at the 54th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference. The Conference will be held November 14-15, 2016, in Plano, Texas, hosted by the Center for American and International Law (CAIL). Each year, the conference attracts top IP speakers, practitioners, judges, and professionals from around the world.
Michael will be leading a roundtable discussion among patent attorneys concerning proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB) at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The roundtable discussion will incorporate perspectives from patent litigators and prosecutors.
